Well, the tale looks told, but I suppose there's room for one more, reflections of those that survived, the reactions of Admiral Tanner and the humans on Ranquil, of Archangel squadron, of the survivors of the fleet, whether some would emigrate to Ranquil and maybe the epilogue with the Imperial Captain Aymes who first tangled with the Odysseus after the Drasin, maybe an admiral looking down on an ex Imperial world reflecting on the chaos still affecting the Imperial sector with the end of Empire and most important of all, a discussion between Gaia and Saul, so many questions that needs answering.
I've just finished reading the rest of it (tuns out VPN + changing adress worked). The ending of this book reminds me of Homeworld (Odyssey One book 3). I suspect this is not the last book in the series.
Honestly, I was disappointed. It seemed like the Imperial arc was rushed to a conclusion, with too many unanswered questions. It would be nice if Mr. Currie picked up some of the loose threads in another series, but for now, this left me empty.
And please, Mr. Currie- put all of the text in a word processor, run grammar and spell check, and have a human proofread it before it's released. Doesn't have to be a professional. I've done it for an author friend. Thanks!
Super3DPC: The end was heartbreaking😭 ...And many unanswered questions. It seems for me, that Evan wanted to make a quick end to this series in this book. The end was unconventional, open. I Still hope Evan creates new series from this universum. I am so curious.

Already pre-ordered Kings Fall! Guess I’m going to have to want for Saturday (17th) before I scream and start pulling out my hair. I can already see a big change coming and have a bad feeling my friend Odysseus is about to depart the story line. Even if this is the end of the Odyssey series; I’m guessing by what’s not been written that there will be several(?) follow-ons to address the details of earth’s revenge and the fall of the Empire. I do ask that you don’t allow the “Empire” to be the final victor in this “Universe.” I liked the ending to the Sorilla series. Not all the plot sub details were tied up, but how could they be, short of her death. I’ve followed the development of this story on Twitch.TV and I’m constantly amazed at your ability to pound out first draft – final draft like material. I even enjoy some of the grammatical faux pas and find the story more “relatable” given I suffer from dyslexia. That said, here’s a few minor spelling errors “We’re about righty (eighty) percent finished..” and “..scrambling (for) supplies..” and …” she was going to do her damndest (damnedest) to..” Don’t know if you’ll have time to incorporate them into the final version. Thanks for all your hard work on this series its been a pleasure to read over the years and best of luck.

Evan told (if I remember correctly from his streaming) the whole book will have something between 40 and 50 chapters. We will see on december 17.
I hope, that he will write another books from Odyssea or Archangel series ( maybe Stephanos will organize Free Stars ressistance, Free Stars will be surely terrified by the bombardment of the inhabitants of the inner worlds🤔 )

I sure hope not. In the odyssey series, normally the main conflict got resolved. At the very least earth invasion should be resolved by the end of the book. The various other plot thread can be a cliffhanger with teases in the epilogue. Odyssey series usually end with epilogue.
Super3DPC: I think also, that there won't be another chapter because of whole book release date. It is just a few days.
I think this is the last chapter to be released here. To read the whole story, we would have to do it from the book when it realesed in a few days (17 Dec 2022).
I do wonder though. Where is this chapter in the overall story? I think (and hope) it's right at the middle. What do you guys think?
I has been a while since the last chapter was posted and while I'm anxiously awaiting the next installment, I'd also like to say:
1. If there is anythin going on in your family or personal life that has stopped the flow, I wish to send positive vibes, wish you all the best and trust you will look after yourself and your family first.
2. If you are having writers block, I believe you will come through with shining stars eventually - but you should take your time and only release when you are happy and proud of what you have written. While there is no need for absolute perfection, you internal compasss should be your guide, not pressure from your readers.
3. If you have shifted to another project - I suspect I will get to that one at some point, so know that follwers like myself have faith that the story will come back to you when you are ready.
4. I'm grateful for the entertaining stories you have told so far and wish you all the best over the holiday season.

there was a chapter 38, but this system seems to have broken about a week ago, and 38 is no longer visible. I hope all is well with Evan- he had sent an email to subscribers that he was going to put out a chapter a day until it was done, but that was right before 38-39, and that clearly hasn't happened.

Matthew Blackman: Can be.... I though it so...but why only Sol has an entity? Evan will have to give us good explanation in the next books from this universum😅 because what we know from the Gaia, they need bilions of humans for long time for the self-awareness( Saul denies it, but who knows, he is arrogant). Interesting, that Priminae and Imperium have more planets with bilions inhabitants for tens of thousands years and only one entity. Sol has'nt inhabitants🙂 Maybe mistake in Evan's story(he didn't realize it), or he gives us another explanation, why and where can live this entities. I don't count Oddy and Bo - different ways of creating them.
